Sacred Heart and Christ the King Church
Religious Education Program

Our Religious Education Program has been established to educate and promote doctrine and tradition of the Catholic faith and nurture the development of the whole person. It is open to children whose parents are registered members of Sacred Heart or Christ the King parishes.

Our committed Religious Education teachers are members of both parish communities and have been commissioned to assist parents in carrying out their role as primary educators of their children. Our goal is to help children establish a personal and loving relationship with Jesus and become active members of the Church.

We provide challenges and opportunities to integrate Gospel values in their everyday life.

† Religious Education 2011/2012 Schedule

Classes for the 2011-2012 Religious Education school year will begin on Tuesday, September 27, 2011.

Classes will be held at the Christ the King Catholic School, located at 99 North 13th Avenue in Manville.

The class schedule will be as follows:
TUESDAY:
Grades 2 and 4 - 4:00PM to 5:15PM
Grades 7 and 8 - 5:30PM to 6:45PM

WEDNESDAY:
Grades 1 and 3 - 4:00PM to 5:15PM
Grades 5 and 6 - 5:30PM to 6:45PM
